What type of payments do you accept?
I accept either cash or direct deposit.
do you require a deposit?
For new clients I require a 25% deposit when starting on a project. Full payment is required before a website goes live, print PDFs are being made available or printed goods are shipped.
Will I be able to maintain my website myself?
Yes, if you choose to you will be able maintain your website yourself, so you can update the words or Images and add blog posts etc.
Which platforms do you use for web design
I use WordPress for non e-commerce sites. For e-commerce sites I recommend shopify as it is easier to maintain for the site owner when it comes to adding or removing products.
Do you print locally?
Yes, I work with trusted Australian Trade Printers that print locally and do not outsource their business to overseas.
Do I need to provide anything for a website?
Ideally you can provide images and words for your new website. For an additional fee I an assist with content creation and the sourcing of stock images. If you require professional photography you need to engage a photographer.
Do you offer SEO?
Yes, I offer a basic SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) package. Once your website is completed it is important to update your website with engaging and unique content to make it relevant for search engines.
Do you offer social media management?
Yes, I have a trusted marketing and social media specialist on board, who will be able to manage your social media accounts.
